I worked with Nick for two years searching for my perfect home. There were several bumps along the way and I was very noncommittal for several months, as I was unsure about taking that leap. even when he was sure that I was not going to buy a property, he would drop everything and meet with me whenever I asked. He was honest, Courteous and engaging For the duration of my search. He made me feel like I was the only client he had when we were meeting together and or searching for properties. I cannot recommend Nick enough if you were searching for a partner to walk with you during this complex and stressful process. He made it seem exciting instead of daunting. Nick is the best!!! We have used him each time we have out grown our prior homes and each time we have had great results. This last time we got a such a great offer on our house we were able to get a beautiful new home and some nice perks from seller like moving cost. Nick really know this business so his advice either buying or seller your home you should really take and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend him and his team. Nick is great guy and incredibly knowledgeable realtor. In a very tough market he patiently guided us through buying our first home. Nick isn't trying to sell anything to buyers but instead insightfully points out things about any home you are looking at so the buyers can decide for themselves. I met with Nick a few years back to buy a home. I wasn't 100% positive that I would be buying one and I was worried about wasting his time. He said he wasn't worried about it because maybe I would come back to him when I was in fact ready. He sat with me for over an hour explaining the ins and outs of buying a house. Now 3 or 4 years later, my family and I are new homeowners! Nick never "left us on read", always called us back, kept us updated on all information. Nick and his team are the best ever!!! From my first interaction with Nick, he began planning how to get the perfect house for us. His attention to detail, quick responses, and friendly personality are great factors anytime, but especially in this crazy market- he’s your guy! Nick’s response time is AMAZING- once during the process, he had an entire conversation with me at 3am so we could look at a home the next day. And his team is great as well! Brian and Heather showed us many houses, and the whole team is just so great. I was nervous being a first-time, younger buyer with a modest budget, but they made this process so fun. Selling a home is a very stressful process and I can't imagine going through that process with anyone else.
