Nick Giammusso

With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Nick Giammusso brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for revitalizing properties to HUNT Commercial. Before making his mark in real estate, Nick managed the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium box office and founded VIPTIX.com, a successful event ticket business he continues to run today. His journey into real estate began while working in business development at Picone Construction, where he saw firsthand the synergy between construction and real estate—sparking his passion for the industry.

As a valued member of HUNT Commercial for over three years, Nick combines his problem-solving skills and love for breathing new life into properties to help clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate.

In addition to his work at HUNT, Nick owns and manages his own development and real estate corporations. He is also pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at the University at Buffalo, always looking to deepen his knowledge in the field.

Nick takes pride in being part of a team at HUNT that supports one another in reaching their goals—whether it’s colleagues or clients. His dedication has earned him recognition, including HUNT’s Most Improved Sales Professional in 2023.

Outside of work, Nick lives in Clarence, NY with his wife and three boys. He’s been a youth soccer coach in Western New York for over 35 years and is fluent in Italian, honoring his family’s heritage. When he’s not coaching or working, you’ll find Nick hitting the ice in a weekly hockey league or staying active at the gym.
