Nick Graziose

Nick Graziose, our “numbers guy” is an incredible resource to The Village Group. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he spent 12 years working as a Finance Manager for General Electric. This background gives Nick a unique and analytical edge to best serve his real estate clients in the fast-paced, highly technical process of buying & selling their large financial assets. Nick is a native of Vermont and relocated to Louisville 16 years ago. He has happily made it home with his wife Sanela and their two children (Luka and Mila). Having lived in numerous Louisville neighborhoods over the years including The Highlands, Clifton/Frankfort Ave, Middletown, and Old Louisville, he’s gained a very intimate knowledge of many parts of this great city.
