Amazing experience! Nick and Miranda went above and beyond to help us out, they were profesional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made sure that the area would be beneficial to our lives and family for the long run. Nick was on it when it came to the offer being put in, checking with the sellers agent contstantly to see if they make a choice on offers. Miranda and Nick are knowledgeable on process and procedure. Anyone that is planning on buying or selling they are the dream team you want behind you!

Nick is amazing! He did a lot of work behind the scenes to negotiate for us, but kept calm with a smile on his face the entire time. Because of his expertise, we were able to close very quickly (in 18 days) and walked out of closing with cash in our pockets due to credits he negotiated for us. Nick is super personable and responsive- he even answered our messages from ARUBA. I'll never use another realtor again.

I contacted Nick after desperately trying to sort my way through a for sale by owner property without using a realtor. After a month or so of exhausting roads that constantly lead to dead ends I had enough. I had heard from personal friends of mine about Nicks work ethic and his “no task to tall” mentality. And that is exactly what I needed. Nick dove in head first by un doing all the things that I had already accomplished wrong and got going on the process. He was extremely responsive, tentative, and professional. Even after many many headaches, and speed bumps, Nick stayed positive and made me feel very comfortable through out the entire process!
