Nick is a Broker at The Boulos Company. He has extensive knowledge of the Maine commercial real estate market and business community. Nick’s area of expertise has been focused in the Central Maine market selling residential apartment complexes and office and industrial properties. He also handles lease transactions with Landlord/Tenant representation for office, retail, and industrial assets. He enjoys advocating for his clients in helping them to maximize the value of their commercial real estate assets.

Nick thoroughly enjoys all that Maine has to offer. Along with Nick’s role as a Broker, he enjoys staying active by golfing, boating, and skiing.
