Though this wasn't my first home buying experience, this has been the easiest one so far. The list of wants and must haves in a home was a little longer than they probably should have been, after seeing a few houses I wasn't as optimistic that I would ever find one that had all of my must haves in one property. Luckily Nick was actively searching for me and found a house that I fell in love with and absolutely had to have. It was on the market for a total of one day before we viewed it and wrote an offer. He explained the contract to me and went over it line by line, if you have never seen one of these it can be over whelming. After some tough back and forth negotiations I ended up with the home that I can call my own and couldn't be happier. I would just like to thank Nick for his speedy responses, his calming explanations and the patience to deal with my endless questions at all hours of the day and night!
