About Nick

Nick has had real estate in his blood since he was a boy. His father had his own brokerage, so Nick grew up in the real estate world. He went off to high school in Wisconsin and excelled in the performing arts. He was accepted into the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music's prestigious Musical Theatre department. After graduating and traveling the country in national tours, cruise ships and regional theater productions, Nick moved down to Orlando, Florida to accept a job dancing at Disney. That is when he quickly began acquiring his properties in 2014. He bought his first house, turned it into a short-term vacation rental property and quickly saw the benefits of investing in real estate. He currently is a REALTOR at eXp Realty in the Central Florida area.
