They have extensive experience in Real Estate, including owning and operating the Real Estate Brokerage. Their first endeavor in Real estate began in August of 1995. Between Nick, Jodi and TrueVision Realtors®, they have sold well over 700 properties and $140,000,000 worth of Real Estate. In addition to buying, selling & managing Real Estate, they have acted as a Developer and General Contractor in several of their own projects. Nick and Jodi have owned and operated several businesses in the Service, and Retail industries, with multiple locations, having 50+ employees. Nick became a Financial Advisor, and over the years worked for 3 different Fortune 500 Companies. Nick and Jodi successfully sold one of the businesses they owned and operated for 13 years. Since 1995, the Pendolino's have been Business Owners, Employers & Employees, Commercial Landlords & Tenants, Residential Landlords & Tenants, Developers, an Investment & Financial Advisor, as well as, a Licensed Broker and Real Estate Agents. The Pendolino’s have worked for and with lenders personally. They understand what clients are going through when they in turn need to work with lenders and government agencies such as FHA, VA, USDA, SBA, SEDA-COG, CREDC, etc. They have successfully negotiated multiple deals that required creative financing and “Outside the Box” thinking.
