Nick Raimo was AMAZING! His attention to things that might be off in the any house was incredible. He noticed things that my husband and I did not. Nick was always attentive to the phone calls, emails and texts and responses were received within less than 24 hours! Nick is a wealth of knowledge from the surrounding area to how to fix an imperfection you might find in a house. He was also very reassuring and calming down during the intense times of buying a home. Nick has great connections to anyone that might be needed to finalizing the purchase (inspector, mortgage broker, etc.). Nick will ALWAYS be our realtor!

Following my interviews with several seasoned, very qualified and capable real estate professionals, I ultimately selected Nick Raimo. A former real estate agent myself, I was impressed with Nick’s presentation, enthusiastic approach for marketing my home, and his ideas for maximizing the qualities that would set my home apart from other homes competing with mine in a slow market. He got the house sold and then went to work on finding me the home I bought recently. Nick is the consummate professional: thorough in his attention to the minutest detail, diligent and expedient in his response to phone calls and emails, and maintaining open lines of communication (even when he knew he had to tell me something I didn’t want but needed to hear). I can frustrate just about anyone with my penchant for finding fault. Rather than deter Nick, it seemed to energize him in overcoming obstacles and finding solutions. He has (or at the very least, gives the outward appearance of) unlimited patience and resolve in understanding and matching my goals and needs with the best options in selling or buying. Nick had more than a few other buyers and sellers while he worked with me, but treated me as if I were his one and only client. Tireless in his energy and his ability to provide alternatives and new ideas for me to consider, he earned my trust and maintained that trust for the year I worked with him. I recommend Nick without hesitation to anyone considering selling their home or buying a new one.

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always promptly responsive to our needs and made us feel like we were his only clients (although we know he has a busy schedule of his own). As first time home buyers, the process could be nerve-wracking at times but Nick helped us through everything and made the journey as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend his services!
