Nick has had over twenty years of experience in real estate, including, but not limited to traditional home sales, new construction, commercial leases and sales, property management and landlord relations.

Nick has received certifications for Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Certified Buyer Broker (CBR), and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and holds licenses in both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Nick grew up in Astoria, Queens and developed a passion for real estate at the young age of 18 building an extensive network of clientele spanning the five boroughs and beyond. Once Nick moved to Syosset to raise his family, over a decade ago, he built a bridge connecting sellers and buyers from New York City to Long Island.
