I wish there was a button for 10 stars for the Salz Team. From start to finish, they walked me through a very emotional sale of my home and made the process completely seamless for me. Nick's aptitude for market pricing, knowledge of the industry and professionalism are unmatched. Ashley's skills in marketing, home staging, and making sure my home got out there to every possible potential buyer were incredible. My house sold in the middle of winter in record time because of Nick & Ashley, and not one part of the process was stressful for me- they took care of everything. There is no realor team I could possibly recommend more than the Salz Team. They will sell your home, no doubt, but more importantly, you will love working with them.

I’m a mortgage lender, and I worked primarily with Nick as the buyer’s agent for our mutual clients. I found Nick to be an excellent communicator, hard-working, creative, and knowledgeable about the industry. He was easy to work with, and his clients told me they were very happy with his service and felt like he was an advocate for them. The videos and pictures they took of the house we were selling were fantastic, it reminded us why we bought the house originally :)

They were great to work with! I was tasked with selling an elderly neighbors home for her and even with the market slowing they were able to secure a buyer for us. We had a set dollar amount we needed to come in at for living expenses for her and we hit it plus a little extra! If your going to list or looking for a home these are professionals you want working for you!

We are so grateful that Ashley and Nick were our real estate agents for our recent move! We interviewed several realtors before making our decision, and our time with them felt so refreshingly different and personal compared to the others. The energy, relatability, and care about our family's needs that they demonstrated in the initial meeting carried through to our home search. We were looking at homes from across the state in a very competitive market, and Ashley and Nick hustled to get us appointments to view properties that fit our criteria so quickly (and made awesome video tours for us to review). Their tours made us feel like we were really there, and they gave great insights into the neighborhoods, too. With the market being as crazy as it has been, we expected to be looking for our new home in the Spokane area for several months, but within 2.5 weeks of our initial meeting, we were under contract for a great home in our number one choice neighborhood! Ashley and Nick helped us make a winning offer and their great communication with the sellers' agent made sure that the offer addressed key points the sellers were hoping for. Their excellent communication and personal touches continued throughout the rest of the home buying process (plus they are also just great to be around!). They work so hard and care so much, and we are so grateful. We have loved working with the Salz Team!

My husband and I spent over a month looking for an agent in the Spokane area. We were drawn to the Salz team after our first conversation with Nick. We needed to work with an agent that would listen to our needs and guide us to the types of homes that we were asking for. While we were waiting for our own home to sell we were in constant contact with Nick searching for homes in the Spokane area. Nick was knowledgeable about the area and never tried to push us into anything that we weren’t comfortable with. Nick spent a whole day with us when we drove up to look at homes. It was like spending a day with an old friend. Nick accommodated us and let us choose the home we wanted to move into. He was never pushy and never tried to make us spend more money than what we were comfortable with. He understood the importance of home and what would meet our needs. The buying process and closing was amazing. We worked with old republic mortgage . The whole process was easy and fun and we knew we had the right people helping us. With our real estate needs we will never turn to anyone else . We found by the grace of God the kindest and most knowledgeable real estate professionals we have ever worked with. We have only been in our new home for a few weeks but it feels like we’ve been here forever. The Salz team in my opinion is the best anyone could ever ask for.

My mother passed away unexpectedly at the end of January 2022. Unfortunately I was left with an ugly surprise. She had been hoarding for years. I was completely alone and had no idea what I was going to do. Sitting in the middle of her mess, grieving deeply, I was absolutely stuck, I just could not move forward.
Ashley and Nick were miraculously refferd to me by a out of state agent. With kindness and compassion they led me out of the muck and have been guiding me ever since. They knew exactly what to do, who to call and set up all of the arrangements for me. I had no idea what I was going to do but as always with The Salz Team they were 10 steps ahead. They never pushed me but their enthusiasm and energy has kept me moving forward. They even surprised me on my 50th birthday with flowers, gifts and sweets. They knew that I was alone, staying at mom's house and missing Montana. Not only are they my real-estate agents but they have become like family to me. I am now packed, waiting to move back home with mom's treasures. Her home will be ready to list in a week. I could not have done it without them and I know I am leaving her home in the best of hands. I could not have been more blessed than to have them on my side. I will miss seeing their bright happy faces.

To say that selling our home was emotional would be a huge understatement. Selling our family of five's first home, the home we brought all three children home from the hospital to, the home we helped build, and the home that for eleven years was our safe haven and the keeper of our most beloved family memories, was bittersweet to say the very least. We were not only up against our own emotions, but also a very unusual and unprecedented market, which made selling a little bit exciting and buying very scary. Having Nick and Ash walking alongside us through this huge life change was beyond what we could've asked for and even beyond what we prayed for. There is truly no one like these two- their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and work ethic is truly in a class of it's own. There is no "average" anything with the Salz Team. It is excellence from start to finish and everything in between. They are an incredibly strong team who play off of each other's strengths really well, and I would definitely say that after having a "two for the price of one" real estate experience, you definitively feel like you more than get what you pay for! When you work with them you are totally heard, seen, and cared for. Bottom line: They made a hard, scary, and uncertain season of our life much less stressful and dare I say, even a bit enjoyable :). We are beyond grateful for them and would refer them a thousand times over again.

Nick and Ashley are a dynamic duo! Easy to work with and on top of it, keeping us up to date with the whole selling process. We had a great experience working with them!

We had listed our property FSBO on Zillow. We had gotten a few bites over about a month and a half, but not much and we were beginning to decide to hire a realtor when Ashley called to inquire about it personally. It didn’t work out for them to purchase because of county rules and requirements, but after chatting with Ashley and Nick, we decided they might be our people. After a week on the market, with their professional marketing and know-how, we had an incredible offer and took it. We are so glad we ended up getting to work with the Salz Team, because the sale went so well but also because they are just great, high caliber, hard working and good people to work with.

As if 2020/2021 couldn’t get any worse, the housing market took a weird turn too. We also received PCS orders and started the house hunting process in December. The Salz Team was referred to us by our local lender (Jeff Guillen) and I can honestly say that I will be forever grateful. The Spokane housing market is incredibly competitive right now and Nick and Ashley went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for to get us our house.

As first time home buyers, I admit, we didn't know much about the process, and reading up on the market and the struggles others were having with being outbid over and over had me quite nervous. The moment we spoke to Nick I felt more confident. He was incredibly knowledgeable, happily answering any and all questions we had almost instantly-- even well past what one would consider normal business hours.

We found a house. The hard part came next. Nick and Ashley found multiple ways to strengthen our offer, not shying away from speaking to the listing agent about any and all things that might tempt the sellers to choose us. In the end there were thirteen other offers, three higher than ours, but our offer was chosen due to their skilled negotiations of terms and time. They got us an inspection the day after our offer was all signed.

Every step of the way they kept in contact with us. Even calling throughout just to check in and see if we had any questions come up. They made us feel like this was more than just a business transaction to them, and made the entire process less stressful and intimidating. We have the perfect home for our family, and we owe it to The Salz Team!
