AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Everyone should use Nicki! I couldn’t think of a better realtor. Nicki is proactive, responsive, a go getter and ensures everything gets done and not just done but done properly. She sets a high standard for excellence. She is amazing at what she does. I’d buy or sell a home with her any day! Not all realtors are created equal and you’d be foolish not to pick Nicki as your realtor.

Nicki was super responsive and worked around our difficult schedule. She is so passionate about her work & educating people. For a first time buyer who knows nothing. She educated us so much throughout the whole process. She was quick to know and understand us and our specific wants and needs. Nicki is extremely knowledgeable about the market. She is extremely good at negotiating deals. She was able to get us the house we dreamed of or less than asking price. She is basically with you guiding you through step by step in the process and will physically be there from
Day 1 till the closing date. Nicki she made this process so easy and gave me this experience stress free.

Of the 20+ interactions we had with real estate agents in Georgia, Nicki was easily the most knowledgeable and professional. She treated us with respect throughout the entire process. If you want a realtor that makes you and your family a priority look no further!

Nicki helped my wife and I throughout the homebuying process through many frustrating scenarios and we never felt alone or like we couldn't ask questions. We asked all the questions good and bad, Nicki never made us feel belittled even when we had no idea what we were talking about as first-time buyers. She helped us go look at houses while listening to a newborn scream her lungs out and only had nice things to say. She kept us informed and was there to help us late at night and even on weekends! Every house we put a contact in to she made sure keeping our earnest money safe was a number one priority along with fighting to help us get the most out of our home purchase. We can't say enough good things about Nicki and would hate to imagine what our homebuying experience might have been like with someone else.

My future wife and I were so blessed to have Nicki as our agent. Planning a wedding and buying a house is a lot at once.
But she made the process easy! Nicki was always a step ahead with what we needed to do next for so that we were never caught off guard or lost.

This was my first time selling a house so there was quite a bit I didn't understand. Nicki was extremely helpful in teaching me all the things I needed to know to sell my house. Nicki was always available to answer my questions and stop by the house to check on things. I actually bought the house from Nicki and I was so satisfied that my wife and I had her sell the house after I needed to move for work. Nicki's extremely friendly and approachable, she's incredibly knowledgeable on the area and market, and strategizing a plan to sell the house. Considering that this was my first time selling a house Nicki made the entire process easy and we were able to sell the house at an excellent price. I highly recommend Nicki because of how she was always able to answer my questions and how smooth our selling process was.

As a first time homebuyer, Nicki is the realtor you can only dream of except this dream comes true. To make matters even more daunting for me, was that I was 14 hours away from these homes & it truly, TRULY, felt like Nicki held my hand the entire way. Even with so much distance between us she still made me feel so trusting of her & supported. She is thorough, organized, professional & genuine. At times I felt lost & it felt like she knew exactly what was going on in my mind & was able to answer any questions I had. She had my best interest & informed me every step of the way. Nicki is the BEST agent we have ever worked with HANDS DOWN!! She made the home buying process easy and challenge-free. Nicki is qualified, knowledgeable, and personable. We were going through the challenging process of selling and buying at the same time. Nicki has been nothing short of amazing working me and my family. I recently got out of the military and was looking for a new start, in a new state with a new job. Moving to Georgia on hopes and dreams. The only issue was i didnt have a confirmed job or a house. While I was on the for a job Nicki was on the hunt for houses and she made it happen.
