Nickolas Cracolice

Although Nick Cracolice’s family is from eastern Idaho originally, he did grow up in San Diego California and worked in the family restaurant business until 1996 when it sold. Nick learned the value of work at an early age. Nick brought his young family to the Treasure valley. They moved here in 1997 and it has been wonderful to raise their family in a small-town environment but in a location that has opportunities. Nick has been a full-time real estate agent in the valley since 1997. Enjoying all aspects of the business and have been heavily involved with new construction for the last 10 years; his father was a Veteran and has had opportunities to collaborate with veterans over the years, particularly in Mountain Home. He lives in the country on a small acreage and has a good feel for helping those that want space around them. He has worked with investors and have relationships with property management companies, home inspector's, lenders, and title companies. Relationships are important to him, and he would look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you.
