Nico Garcia

After graduating with a masters degree in technology management and a bachelor's in business from Stevenson University, he began working with SolarCity/Tesla as an energy consultant, helping clients convert their homes to clean solar energy. He also helped co-found Garcia Brothers Mobile Detailing in 2018, with his older brother Sergio. His passion for real estate began in 2017 when he started working as a Project Manager with his father, owner of Garcia & Associates, a contracting/home remodeling business. While working there he learned the ins and out of how homes are built - from roofing, kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, landscaping, and much more. Nico was born and raised in Silver Spring MD and comes from a Peruvian and Italian-American background. He enjoys spending free time traveling the world and believes it has helped him understand different cultures, languages, and customs from across the globe. He has traveled to 14 different countries, and is planning to experience more in the years to come. Apart from traveling, Nico loves watching and playing soccer. He played center midfield during his time at Stevenson University and continues to play in adult recreation leagues.
