I recently went through a divorce and had to sell my house. Nic was my realtor through the whole process. This was not easy. I've never been this stressed in my life and any time I felt like just giving up he gave me hope and kept me moving forward. He helped me through the whole process all the way to the end. We had a major issue come up on closing day and once again I just felt like giving up. He went out of his way to help me and I will be forever grateful for that. This was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through in my life and I don't know if I could have done it without his support. Nic is a good man and I'd recommend him 10 times out of 10 if you're looking to buy or sell a house.

I can’t say enough great things about Nic. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know where to start or what to expect with the whole process. Nic went above and beyond. He gets back to you quickly, answers questions thoroughly, and gives you honest advice. He made everything seem so easy. It’s obvious how passionate he is about his career and how he truly cares about his clients. I closed on the absolute perfect house today, and I can honestly say it was a stress-free experience (which is how it should be)! I’m so grateful that I was referred to him. Nic is the best! We met him on a Sunday afternoon, saw a house we liked, called him, and he had the offer put in right away. With his knowledge and assistance our offer was accepted, we closed 2 days ago, and are now moving into our new home.
