Nicole was great to work with! She was very responsive and listened to the qualities we wanted for a home. After showing us many homes, we were able to find the perfect one!! Nicole was very helpful throughout the home buying process and was able to walk us through each step. Nicole had great communication skills and made sure we were in the loop all the time! While we weren't the easiest people to deal with, she was very patient and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend!!

I highly highly recommend Nicole boileau as a fantastic realtor. Anytime I had a property to sell or to buy she was right there on time and gave me 100% of her attention. Everything always goes smoothly, she looks out for me as well as making sure the other side understands the terms and does not sign for something they're not sure of.
