Nicole Brannon

Nicole has been in real estate since 2008 and enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike. Her approach to real estate is assessing market trends, home value, and helping clients buy/sell homes to attain their goals with their housing plan.

Buyers choose a particular house because of location, style of home, and financial budget. Sometimes knowing the order of importance can take some time. That's where Nicole works to help them with their decision making, negotiating the contract, and reaching a smooth closing.

Over the past years home values have obviously "fallen" from what most homeowners originally purchased. Nicole works to help the seller understand the true cost of ownership when selling.

Nicole grew up in Curry, Ala. on Smith Lake. She moved to Birmingham in 1998 to attend UAB where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management in 2002.
