Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown is a founder and co-owner of a top-producing Kitsap team, the N J Home Team. Since the team's inception in 2020, they have sold more than $175 million in real estate. Nicole is a managing broker and one of the area's top listing agents. She is a military spouse and has been in the area 18+ years. Her business partner Jamie Garica is also a military spouse, and together they have built their business around supporting and working for other military families like theirs. Their first-hand experience of Navy life gives them a unique perspective and knowledge to help clients navigate the processes of relocation while buying or selling a home as a veteran. Their mission is to help families build wealth through real estate.

Nicole started as a Real Estate Broker in 2014. She has a BA from the University of Washington in Seattle and her background before real estate is in finance & sales. The N J Home Team is powered by Keller Williams Greater 360 in Poulsbo, WA, the top office in the area in 2023. Nicole & Jamie both serve on the brokerage the Agent Leadership Committee.
