Nicole Cathcart

Since 2008, Nicole Bernet has been living her dream as a real estate broker serving Longview, Kalama, and Vancouver. Her career began as a hobby. She took a few real estate classes during her time at Portland State University and was bitten by the real estate bug! Unsure about her career path, she got her license so that she could work part time selling homes while she figured out what she was going to do next. After working for five years as a general manager at a local movie theater, she felt that her life in the world of movies had played out and she began working in real estate full time.

Nicole works with buyers and sellers on everything from single family to multi-family homes, to vacant land. Her favorite part of the job is seeing her clients in a home that they love! As a homeowner herself, she understands all kinds of concerns people have when they are looking to buy or sell. Nicole is passionate about her community and is loves to talk about all the wonderful reasons to live in the Pacific Northwest. She prioritizes being available to her clients any time they have questions or are seeking guidance.
