About Nicole
No one will care more about you and your transaction than Nicole Davidson.
Before her choice to become an agent in Real Estate, she was Director of Operations and Technology at California State University, East Bay and before that I traveled the country for years helping institutions of Higher Education implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Through this experience, she was solely managing multi-million-dollar sales, negotiating contracts as well as designing and building campus-specific business processes and systems. She loved it all, but her favorite part of that gig is helping people through an overwhelming transition.
Nicole’s career is founded in an education specifically tailored to understanding and communicating with people, Psychology of Interpersonal Communication. This gives her a distinct edge in getting her clients what they want, in every way.
She was on the Development Team for Foundations Public Schools in the valley, Co-chair of Friends of the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco, Leadership Team for the non-profit A Good Idea and was selected for a year-long fellowship in ABHOW's Leadership Program and she’s now becoming a part of Greater Sacramento Junior League and she participates in supporting Ag in the Classroom. She has been chosen twice to speak to hundreds of conventioneers on the topic of family and love. When there is time leftover, she play’s volleyball!
How does that translate to real estate? She knows people. She knows how to motivate people, manage people, communicate with people. It means she is bold and assertive while being full of compassion and gratitude. She is relentless when it comes to getting her clients what is best for THEM.
Your dreams are her dreams. Your plan is her plan. Let Nicole have your back.
