About Nicole

As a lifelong resident of the north shore of Long Island, Nicole Eskanazy intimately knows the gold coast markets she serves. Nicole lives on the North Shore with her husband and 2 children. She has spent her entire career in sales and helping her clients reach their goals. After graduating from Boston University's School of Management with a degree in Finance, Nicole joined Salomon Smith Barney's Investment Banking Division as a Financial Analyst where she helped companies analyze the earnings, capital structure and cash flow impacts of various financing alternatives. She went on to join Credit Suisse First Boston's Institutional Equity Research sales team where she was an integral member of the #1-ranked Technology Research Salesforce on Wall Street, responsible for the Firm’s Top 50 accounts. With her family in the real estate business, Nicole was always interested in buying and selling homes. With her vast sales experience and strong personal communication skills, it was a natural progression for Nicole to take her passion of forming relationships and helping clients and bring it to the Douglas Elliman team. Nicole is passionate about the business and has a keen ability to connect with her clients and know what they want. She is the utmost professional and knows that your home is a large part of your identity.
