My husband and I chose to work with Nicole for the selling of our house and purchase of another one. The whole process took us 4 months of ups and downs. We wanted to quit at some point. But Nicole was very patient and encouraging during the whole process. She was also knowledgeable and answered our questions. She was another set of eyes to observe and see things that we didn't. If the whole process would've taken us 12 months, we believe that Nicole would've still been there by our sides the entire time.

My husband and I are newlyweds, and when the time came to look for a house, we knew we wanted to work with Mrs. Nicole. We follow her real estate social media and saw that she sells houses like crazy! So it was always our plan. When we finally had the opportunity to search for a home, we can honestly say we were so excited to ask for her assistance in finding one. Not only was she welcoming, but she also listened to our vision and walked us through everything. She also kept it real with us when it came down to property facts!! We would do it all over again with Mrs. Nicole in a heartbeat. like her slogan says “If you want it SOLD call Nicole!”

I found Nicole from a property I was interested in and by the end of our phone conversation I knew she was the Realtor for me. I told her what I was wanting (and even changed some criteria) and Nicole took care of everything. I was several states away and due to Covid 19, I wasn’t able to make a house hunting trip in person. I had to rely on Nicole every step of the way. Of the properties I wanted to see, she would FaceTime with me and show everything and provided insight (smells, possible concerns of the property and even the neighborhoods). I didn’t meet Nicole in person until after I had closed on my new home as she handed me my keys! I couldn’t be happier in my new home and neighborhood and I credit Nicole for making it all happen. She was there every step of the way when I couldn’t be. Buying a home virtually was a nerve racking process and Nicole kept me focused and appeased all of my concerns. When I stepped into my new home for the first time, it was everything I had imagined it to be spatially. No surprises and no regrets! Now that is a Realtor you can trust with a major life decision.
