Nicole is where its at! She was there from start to finish, working crazy hours and taking us half way across Queens to see all different types of apartments. She's organized, honest, indomitable, observant of your wants and needs, and adaptive to life's curve balls. She also is a great teacher along the way. For a couple who knew next to nothing about the process, we really appreciated the tutorial along the way and the consistent updates down the road during the process. If you need someone on your side like they were buying the place themselves, than look no further. Thanks again for all the help Nicole!

MOVING FORWARD WITH FORTE !!!! That was Nicole's goal from the start. From the start Nicole, was confronted with the challenge on getting my home sold and helping me get funded with my new home, which was out of state . She went out of her way to even speak and explain to the new home builders which were putting a tremendous amount of pressure on me to get closed. But Nicole was able to direct them on how the New York real estate process could be a lengthy process. But all in all Nicole did not give up on my goals, and even when it felt that I was pressuring her, she always kept a positive attitude and just continued to move forward and got the job done. I want to give her my greatest gratitude for making my dreams a reality. Thank you Nicole for all of the efforts and for listening to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend her for any future home sales , You made the process seem easy.

Nicole Forte worked very hard to help me sell my place at a great price. She had a tactical plan made to sell and followed through with it even after having an interested buyer up until the contract was signed. Nicole is very knowledgeable in her field and I found working with Nicole very easy. She will be helping me purchase my next home whether it's in New York or in Florida

Nicole is simply the best in this business!! We recently sold our co-op home. Throughout the entire process, she worked incredibly hard to find us a buyer that met the co-op requirements as well as getting us a strong offer. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and is able to strategize in the most optimal way. She knows exactly how to navigate the co-op process which are all very important when you're buying or selling a home.

Nicole is also so kind and personable. She really cares about each one of her clients and their needs. When she hosted our open houses, she treated our home like it was her own which we were so thankful for because we were out of town on many occasions. When we got to closing, we were already moved out to another state and she made sure we got to the end successfully. I cannot recommend Nicole enough! You want her on your side!

If you are looking to buy, sell, rent…look no further. Nicole is the absolute best at what she does! She is SO knowledgeable about the business and really takes the time to learn about your needs and wants. Also worth noting that her marketing skills are unmatched…I’ve personally seen her hold open houses with lines out the door with people waiting to get in. As someone who initially went in looking to buy, I found Nicole to be super proactive in finding listings, speaking to other realtors, and seeking out open houses. She was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. I ended up deciding to rent for now, and she guided me through the entire time as well. There’s no doubt that Nicole will be my first call when I restart my home buying process.

I can’t say enough about Nicole.
I was selling my late Father’s home.
A journey I would not wish on anyone.
She held my hand, cried a few tears and walked me through this difficult time.
We put it in the market in the fall (not the best time), but with her hard work and great video’s, we had an offer and contract by the New Year.
Just closed and all parties are thrilled!
