OUTSTANDING!!! Nicole was the best selling realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped us prep our home to ensure it sold quickly. Nicole gave incredible advice and we followed her instructions to a T. We had two houses in the front of our neighborhood that were on the market for 3 months when we listed ours and after 4 days on the market, we were under contract for asking price! Chose Nicole.

Nicole France at REMAX is the only name you need to know about buying, selling, showing, negotiating, patience and expertise in real estate. Nicole believes in, not only having a buyer and contract on your home, but have one or two buyers ready for the chance to buy if the first contract falls through. Because of her practice of having more than one buyer ready in the wings, we were saved when our first contract fell through 12 hours before closing. 48 hours later we had a new contract on our house. Nicole found a house in a neighborhood that we did not believe we could afford to purchase. She negotiated a price that was within our budget. Lynn and I now live within walking distance of our daughter and granddaughters. Don’t let her quiet/kind demeanor fool you. She speaks loudly with her positive actions and gets the job done! Do yourself a huge favor if you’re in the market to buy or sell and call her. You won’t regret it!

Nicole helped us buy a home in 2021 at a time when buying was anything but easy. Fast forward a couple of years - we moved once more and Nicole helped us buy another home and sell the one she helped us find two years prior. She is a great listener - a fantastic trait for a realtor - she understood exactly what we wanted in our next home and she delivered in spades showing us great properties in fantastic locations. When we found the perfect place, Nicole's knowledge of the market kept us from overpaying; our offer was accepted even though it wasn't the highest. Now the hard part - selling the house we were in. Nicole really knew the market and due to some upgrades we made, insisted that we ask more than we paid in 2021, something that we didn’t think was possible. On top of that, Nicole scheduled an open house and really got the word out. By the time the open house was over, we had four offers. Nicole is a great marketer and negotiator and two families got into a bidding war. As a result, we ended up selling our home for much more than we had ever anticipated. Nicole and her team sold our house in under a week! Buying and selling a home is a stressful exercise and one of Nicole’s superpowers is being calm in the eye of the storm of uncertainty, anxiety and confusion. More than once she talked us off the buying/selling cliff when we were reacting from stress and kept us calm and on task. We cannot thank Nicole enough for the help she provided.
