Nicole Gilberts

Nicole Gilberts relocated to San Diego in 2006 where she began her career in the wine industry as a regional manager in Southern CA representing some of the finest wines from around the world. After over a decade in the industry and completion of several wine certifications, she knew there was another passion she needed to follow. Upon acquiring her first vacation rental property in Palm Springs in 2015 she knew real estate investing was going to be her path one day. A few years later, she was able to purchase her first multi-family property in San Diego in which she completed a full rehab including design, permitting, and construction of additional units. After several years of investing and understanding the development aspects of real estate, she has aligned herself with one of San Diego’s top real estate teams, Porchlight, to ensure she has the global reach, recognition, and resources to provide innovative marketing for her sellers, while finding off market opportunities for her buyers.
