Nicole Glocker

Nicole Glocker is a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach. She has over a decade of experience as a professional Realtor. Nicole is also a certified Military Relocation Professional. She has an AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designation and has maintained top rank status as a buyer agent and listing agent in Coastal Virginia. Furthermore, Nicole upholds a steady standing at the top of nearly 9000 realtors in Coastal Virginia. The Hampton Roads area (soon to be referred to as the Coastal Virginia Area) consists of nine independent cities: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg. Nicole is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. She serves on the REALTOR®/Lawyer Committee, Grievance/Professional Standards Committee and is a volunteer with Realtors Have a Heart Association. Nicole is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors. Additionally, Nicole volunteers as a youth mentor with Seton House Youth Shelters.

Prior to her Real Estate Career for nearly 15 years, Nicole owned and operated a successful child care business, where nearly 100% of her clients came strictly from referrals. While operating her full-time business, she worked intermittently as a Certified Birth Doula and volunteered for Operation Special Delivery; a service that exclusively supports military spouses.
Nicole has a deep passion for people and utilizes her expertise to put clients FIRST and at ease. While incorporating her vast knowledge of Hampton Roads, she focuses on personally getting to know her clients and taking care of them throughout the entire real estate process! She is dedicated to each client until he or she is 100% pleased with every step of the transaction.

Nicole is a devoted mother of four children. Her extracurricular activities include family outings, camping, and cruise ship vacations. Quality time with her children, fiancé and close friends and thriving as a Realtor, are Nicole’s life priorities!
