As first-time buyers, we had a lot of trepidation going into the process, but the Hajdu Group made the entire thing so easy and painless that I had to share our story for any other buyers who may be looking for the right realtor.

My wife and I were referred to Nicole by a mutual friend and longtime client of hers. Although we did our diligence and interviewed other candidates, we were immediately impressed by Nicole and knew right away when speaking with her that she was the right choice for us.

There is so much about Nicole and how she conducts her business that would be a huge asset to any prospective buyer (first-time, or otherwise). Nicole is extremely organized, proactive, and communicative. Every time we reached out to her (by phone, email, text), we were met with an immediate response and crystal clear answers to our questions. She always arrived on time to phone conferences and showings, with detailed information in hand about the properties we were seeing as well as next steps in the process. I've been in the lending side of real estate for 21 years and known Nicole for a good portion of that time. During the deals we have had together I am always amazed at the level of communication she and her team have with all sides of the deal: the attorneys, lender, appraiser, etc. She doesn't leave any stone unturned. There are so many ways a deal can fall apart and she simply will not let that happen for her clients. Corny as this sounds she truly cares about each transaction - regardless of the sales price she is 100% all-in from start to finish and beyond.

Nicole also possesses a talent that so few of her peers have: the art of negotiating. You certainly don't want to overpay on the biggest purchase you'll make in your life, and if listing a home you don't want to leave money on the table. Nicole doesn't let that happen. Ever. Nicole Hajdu is an exceptional realtor and an even more exceptional person. Our realtor/ seller relationship began long before we signed paperwork with Nicole. It started with a phone call months before we were going to sell. I told Nicole about the improvements I was making. We discussed neutral paint colors, as well as the importance of staging.

Every month or so, I would check in with Nicole on my progress. Each and every time, she was helpful and offered great advice regarding my home improvement projects. She also shared her analysis of the market and the best time to list our home.

Because of this ongoing communication, when it came time to list our home, it was a breeze. We took Nicole's advice and we removed all of the "extra stuff" from our home. (People with children will understand how important this part of the process is.) Then, with Nicole's advice, we chose the best art work and accessories to make our home shine. As a result, when prospective buyers went through our home, they asked whether it was staged or whether people actually lived there. (We actually lived there!)

The end result? After a weekend of showings, we had multiple offers on our home. Nicole offered sage advice regarding the offers and helped us choose the best one for our situation.

Bottom line: you would be hard pressed to find a realtor with more heart, experience and skills than Nicole. Whether it's helping you move furniture for staging, offering decorating advice or negotiating deals, she is the best in the business. AND if you can even believe it-- she cares about her clients. Nicole sold our house in October 2019. She was very knowlegable about the entire real estate process, from market trends, to pricing our home correctly, providing necessary contacts and useful tips for better home presentation. It all worked out well, as we sold our house in 6 days! Nicole, doesn't miss a beat. Her dedication, passion, industry knowledge and general awesomeness make her a standout. You will not find any realtor who is more customer focused than Nicole. She genuinely, wants to get to know you and also cares about your family.

You can call, text or email at anytime during the day or night (even during her vacation) and you instantly receive a response. We were selling our first home (which Nicole got under contract at asking price in FOUR days) to purchasing our forever home and had many, many questions and Nicole was there for all of them.

Purcashing any home is a big deal, Nicole knows this. She never pushes or rushes and she is there every step of the way. From the beginning, we told Nicole our home goals and whenever my husband and I went off track (and boy oh boy were we all over the place) she was their to steer us back on course. It's because of her, we found our dream home and in our dream neighborhood.

In addition, to working with us on buying/selling our home. Nicole has also helped us find the best tenants for our investment property. I don't know how she does it and keeps track of it all. Nicole has been our go-to for all things real estate - she is just phenomenal.

Nicole was there for us the entire way. We looked at probably 30 in person with our 8 month old son. Nicole was more than happy to play with him while we took a look around. We then thought we found our new home we got a structural inspection and found there to be major foundation issues. We quickly got our earnest money back and were about to give up because the holidays were coming. Told Nicole our decision but she told us that I anything caught our eye to let her know. I week later a house in the same subdivision came on market and we were the first ones in to see it. We made an offer that night. The offer got outbid after the seller shopped our offer and I lost my cool. Nicole's expertise and knowledge was key as she told me not to worry and this is part of the process. Well the higher priced buyer got scared about the work needed to update the house and walked on their offer. We were the only written offer in and the seller wanted to know if we were still wanting the property. We have lived here for 3 years and done some major improvements but without Nicole's advisement and her keeping me and my emotions in check, this would never have been possible.
