It is truly a pleasurable experience working with Nicole! She cares a great deal about her clients and is always available for a quick chat or a text. We purchased a home and sold a home with her - she was fantastic on all fronts. She listens to her clients and works to get them what they need. Nicole Hoverson is an outstanding agent! This is our second time working with her and we did not hesitate. Nicole is very knowledgeable and if there was something she did not know (i.e. a specific county regulation), she was right on it, researching on our behalf to get us the answers we needed.
Nicole is also great at communicating. She always answered a text or phone call and also gave us regular updates throughout the whole process.
We knew we were in good hands in working with Nicole. She made the whole process exciting and fun!

We bought our house from Nicole and she us amazing to work with!! She waiting along time to find us the perfect house we were looking for. She was never pushy or seemed bothered everytime we said this house is not for us.

I had the opportunity to work with Nicole to sell my house back in April. It was an absolutely amazing experience! When I look for professionals to work with, I don't want to work with someone that JUST knows their job. I want to work with someone who is phenomenal at their job, is honest, LOVES the work they do and loves to work with people. Nicole is that person. Her love of people drives her to do the best job that she can do for someone. It is obvious that her goal is to help people, not just buy or sell a house, but to find what is best for them. My experiences was that If she didn't know the answer to my questions, she found the answer. She was extremely honest (in a tactful and respectful way) about anything that needed to be addressed in my home and any potential issues. She went above and beyond to make sure that the best aspects of my home were showcased to potential buyers, her communication with me was perfect AND, she knows her stuff. She is an absolutely amazing realtor and I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to work with her to sell my home. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home.

Working with Nicole was the BEST decision we could've made when home shopping. We first started the home buying process in the summer and while it unfortunately didn't work out for us then, we knew exactly who to call when we were ready again late Fall. Everything from scheduling showings, to response time, to making us feel like we were the only buyers she was working with, was top notch. WOW! I’m totally satisfied!
This was the first time I have ever sold a house. I bought a house in Chisholm Mn and I needed to sell my townhouse in Inver Grove Heights Mn. I had been talking to two other realtors and met with one of them. They were all experienced realtors. But talking with Nicole over the phone. I could feel that she was a level above them.
Her knowledge of colors and design where fantastic. She stayed in touch with me from start to finish. If I had a question. She had the answer. Professional. Knowledgeable. Very easy to work with.
If you’ve never sold a house before. It’s kinda scary. She’ll turned it into a pleasure. I would recommend to my own mother.
One more thing... Since I live in Chisholm Mn.
I NEVER MET HER TILL THE FINAL SIGNING of my townhouse.
That’s how much I trusted her. She’ll get the job done 👍🏻
