Nicole Karon

I am a Realtor® and lead marketing and operations for Karon Properties, a family-owned and highly regarded residential real estate brokerage in Santa Cruz. Karon Properties is known locally for its personalized sales service and property management, maintaining an excellent reputation as a steadfast steward of our community.

Prior to my current role I spent 15 years at digital creative agencies in Los Angeles. My career began as a ScrumMaster certified agile producer leading campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike, primarily in the entertainment and consumer products verticals. As VP, Client Services at AvatarLabs I was responsible for overseeing production agency-wide, with a special emphasis on establishing client partnerships and strategic capabilities, all while managing a department of producers and expanding millions in revenue.
