Nicole was such an amazing lady trying to help my family of 8 trying to find the perfect home! She was accomadating, went out of her area to help us look at multiple homes, and reliable! Nicole helped my husband and I find our first home for us and our two young kiddos. From the very start, she offered a listening and compassionate ear for our current situation and needs. From that point on, she went above and beyond while searching for a home for us. I sent her close to 50 listings (no exaggeration!) and every single one she responded to in a very timely manner with recommendations to help us weed out the good ones from the bad and took us to showings very promptly. She even met us late in the evening multiple times! We knew the bare minimum with what we were doing in buying our first home, but Nicole always made sure to go the extra mile to explain the whole process step by step in a user-friendly way, always making us feel extremely comfortable with taking the next appropriate step. When we finally had an offer accepted, Nicole worked her butt off to get us to closing in less than 30 days. She often took on the load from the lack of work from our lender and we truly wouldn’t have been able to close if it weren’t for her persistence and behind-the-scene work! I couldn’t recommend Nicole as your realtor more!

Nicole was my selling agent for a property in Trenton, Ohio, and I could not have asked for a better representative. She guided me through the listing process, advised me on offers, and drafted up the purchased/sell agreement. She kept me abreast of all the viewing appointments, summarized all the offers in a spreadsheet so it was easy for me to compare, and answered all my questions/concerns. She really had my best interest at heart. Nicole is also responsive. I can always get a hold of her via texts, emails, or phone calls. She did a lot of work in the background to make my selling experience less daunting. Thank you Nicole!
