After meeting three realtors and three different evaluation of the house sale, we choose to work Nicole. Beside her amazing personality, her skill set and confident with understanding the market as well as assessment of our house gave us great confidence to work with her. Once the house was listed, she kept us update and communicate very well. Since our case was company relocation, she worked well with relocation company and made all the house selling process very easy. She helped sale the house 15% more than other realtors assessed & insisted to list the house for. She is absolutely amazing. Thank you Nicole.

Nicole is amazing!! She is so thorough in explaining all of the processes and paperwork. I was a 1,000 miles away and she handled everything. I wish I lived up there so I could use her for all my realtor needs.

Nicole was on top of every aspect of my transaction. The terms "above " and "beyond" are what really describes her. The contractual details would have been overwhelming with anyone else, but she made it a simple, broken down process that I completely understood. Nicole was fantastic! I was referred to her by my mortgage lender NFCU. Within minutes of me hanging up with them she immediately called me. She was thorough in her questions in seeking what I was looking for. We were very specific about a school district. If I had any questions she was available day and night. Rarely did I go longer than a few hours without communication and that was typically overnight hours. And that was expected. But I'd have an email in there by 6am! She was on it always. She was very accommodating and patient for this 1st time buyer who had a lot of questions! I will always refer her (and Cindy her partner) to anyone that is selling or buying!
