For nearly three decades, Nicole has called the Gallatin Valley home - a place that perfectly reflects her love of open space and an authentic, simple way of life. After attending Montana State University, she moved to New York City to continue her studies at New York University, an experience she's grateful for simply because it made one thing clear: Montana is home.
When Nicole returned to Big Sky Country, she spent the next 15+ years as a professional fly-fishing guide on some of the region’s most iconic rivers. Along the way, Nicole learned far more than how to find fish - she learned how to listen first, read people and situations, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and build genuine trust, all of which are how she approaches her real estate career today.
During this time, and driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, an eye for detail, and an understanding of high-end homes, Nicole founded a luxury residential management company in Big Sky, helping homeowners enjoy peace of mind and personalized property care.
In 2018, she transitioned into real estate. Today, Nicole works with buyers and sellers across Southwest Montana on a range of property types — residential homes, luxury retreats, commercial, and recreational acreage. Her local knowledge, steady approach, and hands-on experience allow her to offer thoughtful, informed guidance.
Nicole sees buying or selling property as more than a transaction, it’s a meaningful life moment. She takes the time to understand what matters most to you and walks with you through the process, keeping it clear, honest, and as smooth as possible from first conversation to closing.
