A third-generation real estate broker, Nicole Leininger brings more than 20 years of experience to the Lake Norman office of Ivester Jackson Properties | Christie's International Real Estate. But her background in the industry goes back to her childhood, as she grew up in a family of realtors. Nicole began working in the marketing department for a new construction builder while in high school and college, eventually moving into on-site sales. Upon graduating from college, she followed in the footsteps of her father and grandfather by becoming a broker of residential real estate.
Nicole's vast experience spans three states and ranges from working with buyers, sellers and investors to relocations and new construction. In addition to being a waterfront and luxury specialist, she is a designated Military Relocation Professional and well-versed in the military rewards program, she is honored to service the armed forces community, since her husband, father and other family members served this country. Having personally relocated several times throughout her husband's career, Nicole understands firsthand the stresses of the process as both the customer and the sales associate.
A native of Denver, Colorado, Nicole now calls Mooresville home. She earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Colorado State University and utilizes Christie's International Real Estate's extensive network and resources to create innovative solutions for her buyers and sellers alike. Nicole prides herself on being prompt and efficient, keeping her customers informed during every step of the journey and resolving problems quickly. Her customers often become her friends, and she treats everyone like family.
Outside of the office, Nicole can often be found at a sporting event, cheering on her son's baseball and football teams or her daughter's cheer teams. An avid water and snow skier, she lives an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. A prominent member of the Mooresville community, Nicole frequently volunteers at her children's schools and the family's church.
