Nicole Mendoza

Inspired to follow in the footsteps of her parents, Nicki Mendoza joined her family's business, an independently owned and operated brokerage firm located in San Diego back in 2012. She began learning the ropes by assisting & eventually helping to manage the offices, client care, and marketing direction of different top producing teams within the company.

Subsequently, she decided to jump right into the role as a full-time agent by partnering with her mentor/mother in 2014, who had decades of experience in the industry in various roles. 2020 being the year of change for all of us, and after six years of working alongside her family, Nicki joined Solis Team Realty of Oceanside in effort to connect more with the community she lives, works, and grew up in.

At the center and core of her business, Nicki strives to put people and their visions about investing in real estate or maximizing their current real estate investments first and help guide, educate & empower them toward making their goals a reality.
