Nicole was wonderful and a real pleasure to work with! Always great communication and very helpful when we had questions about any step along the way and very flexible with timing. Most importantly she laughed at all my dad jokes, I mean obviously because they’re all hilarious! We hope to not have to move again for a long time but if/when we do we will absolutely look to work with Nicole and Serenity again!

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Nicole Osstifin while selling my home FSBO (for sale by owner). Nicole brought her client (buyer) to view my home. She was very friendly and handled the visit with extreme professionalism. After the offer was presented and accepted, I became very impressed with her high level of integrity and straight-forward, clear communications. She handle the entire transaction from offer to the closing table with utmost efficiency and timely status updates. Even though I was not prepared to sell through a Realtor, I am completely satisfied working the transaction with Nicole and would do it again!

Nicole Osstifin of Serenity Realty is fantastic! In the beginning of our search for the right realtor, we were bombarded with text messages, phone calls and emails from salesmen that wanted our business.
Nicole was never pushy and understood that we needed to take our time, researching, before we jumped in with both feet. As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and Nicole took the time to explain everything to us, big and small.
When we found the perfect home, Nicole guided us through the process and advocated for us when things became stressful and confusing.
If you are looking for a compassionate, experienced and understanding realtor that will take the time to treat you as a person, you need to hire Nicole. I know I will be referring her to everyone and definitely use her again when the times to purchase or sell our next property.
