Nicole Perry

Nicole Perry has been the owner of a Residential R.E. Appraisal Company since 2006. She has years of experience at estimating market values for properties in both CT and MA, which will be an asset to you in determining the most accurate list price when selling your home or offer amount when buying your home. She also has prior work experience as a mortgage loan officer that will allow her to help guide you through the mortgage process. In addition, Nicole has purchased, renovated, and sold homes, therefore, she can walk you through both sides of the home buying and selling process.

Nicole works very hard to maintain excellent communication and time management skills, all while embracing her clients as family that she will always be there for if they or their family and friends ever need help in the future.
