We finally found our forever realtor! Nicole went the extra mile for us with our home purchase. She assisted us by meeting our inspectors at the house (We had 4; Home, Chimney, Septic and Pipes, HVAC all on different days). She was able to negotiate fairly so both parties were happy. It was by far the most easy home purchase yet, and we owe all to Nicole!

Nicole was an amazing partner for our home buying experience. My husband and I jumped into purchasing our first investment property. Nicole helped us each step of the way and explained things in a way that made sense to us. Since my husband was travelling for work we had a hard date for the closing, and Nicole made it happen by getting inspections and paperwork done fast!! We went from offer to close in 25 days! Nicole and the title agent even went to the hospital to have the sellers sign the closing forms when the seller went into labor! We made it happen and Nicole was there whenever we had questions and was patient with us and responsive. We would highly recommend her and will use her again for our next property!

Nicole was very helpful from the very beginning, through every step of the home buying and selling process. She was available to answer all questions in a timely manner, and was quick with daily updates to keep us informed of the next steps. She took care of the behind-the-scenes details but kept us well informed, and followed up with other entities to keep the process moving. It is evident that Nicole cares about her clients and wants the best for everyone. Highly recommend!
