Nicole Rosin Perlman

Nicki Rosin Perlman has lived in the Bloomfield area her entire life, other than when she attended the University of Arizona. Nicki comes from a real estate family and has been involved with both commercial and residential real estate. She has owned several apartment buildings in the Southfield area, as well as office buildings and shopping centers in West Bloomfield and the surrounding areas. Nicki graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in Political Science and a minor in Real Estate. After receiving a post-graduate Paralegal Certificate, Nicki spent many years assisting various Oakland County Circuit Court Judges. Nicki also has spent a large part of her adult life successfully making profitable investments not only in real estate but in finance as well.
