Nicole Scarborough

Nicole enjoys assisting both sellers and buyers as a full-time licensed realtor. She has a passion for finding her client's their perfect home and providing answers that help them achieve their ultimate goals. She is particularly skillful in staging one's home, evaluating a home's optimum price, and providing a marketing plan that gets the property sold for the maximum return.

Nicole graduated from Towson State University and immediately put her finance degree to use as a mortgage lender for 14 years. This has proven to be invaluable for her buyers. She works closely with the most respected local lenders, which gives her buyers the upper hand when competing for a home.

Real estate investments quickly became a part of Nicole's personal portfolio. She has acquired both single family homes and multiple-unit rentals. Her investment company also buys distressed properties, competes all renovations, and offers them for resale. She can advise you on all aspects of property investment and develop a plan that meets your needs and wants.

Nicole loves the outdoors. She can regularly be seen walking her dog, hiking through York County or riding her bike on the Heritage Rail Trail. She is an avid traveler. Some of her favorite adventures include relaxing in Hawaii, hiking through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, skiing in Switzerland, and she recently took an educational field trip with her daughter and the Dallastown High School Spanish class to Peru. She is also a dedicated supporter of the York County Food Bank, volunteering weekly.
