So without a doubt Nicole is the best, it's just that simple. She made an overwhelming process into for the most part, an easy experience. Buying your first home is one of your biggest life events and Nicole being there for it every step of the way not only gave us comfort but made it fun as well. It’s hard for me to write this review because I don’t know if I can find all the right words or ways to express how wonderful Nicole is. She is the most professional, positive, pleasant person and real estate agent with endless knowledge. Buying a house you deal with multiple parties, communication and timing can become troublesome, and let’s face it during this process we’re pretty impatient. Nicole basically went beyond her role as a real estate agent and put the hats on for everyone else who were dragging their feet. She just gets things done. Her communication and quick responses are THE BEST. She is fully committed to her career and genuinely loves what she does and it 100% shows. As a home inspector I work with lots of different agents. From the first time I worked with Nicole I knew she was different. While going through my inspection I notified her about some problems with the residence. While other agents would have said “that’s not a big deal please break it to the clients gently,” Nicole asked that I tell them every defect, major and minor. She then told me that “her clients hire her to find them their dream home and that’s what she wants to make sure they get. If a client is not happy with their home a year later, she didn’t do her job properly.” I have worked with her on many occasions and it is always clear that she has the best interests of her clients at heart!

We really won the lottery with Nicole. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in Suffolk County and our lender at the time referred us to one of their preferred agents. We were reluctant and hoped we didn't get someone that was overly pushy or the sales type, but we stayed positive and crossed our fingers. When we were connected w/ Nicole, she shared with us her approach, assured us that we would find a home that we simply loved, and kept us honest with expectations and to not settle. Nicole took the time to walk us through the process of finding a home and coordinated all of the open house appointments for roughly 2-3 months (rain or shine!). She was patient when we were running late due to our 3 year old throwing up on the car rides in the morning and made sure there was a back-up plan. I was referred to Nicole by my coworker that is also a home inspector. He had ranted and raved about Nicole and her ability to sell homes quickly. Well, let me tell you firsthand that my coworker was so right. Nicole made an incredible Vimeo of our home, along with the matterport(3D camera for virtual tours) and professional pictures. Our home was listed literally the day before Governor Cuomo announced the Covid lock down and Nicole took an innovative approach to a “virtual” openhouse on Facebook. We also had a small bidding war and Nicole handled it smoothly and very professionally. Once we were about to go to closing, Nicole sent over a videographer for us for a goodbye video and she also had a custom wreathe made for our new home. My wife and I were flawed and so appreciative for the attention to detail that Nicole gave us. Anything related to real estate Nicole will be my agent!!!
