We worked with Nicole and she was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive when contacting her. She set up appointments looking at houses very quickly and made her self available to when scheduling between myself and my partner’s busy schedule. I highly recommend and will use her again when I need a realtor.

Nicole did a great job representing my fiance and me throughout the home-buying process. Nicole would respond to texts at all hours of the day and night. We never felt pressured or felt like Nicole was just trying to get us through to a sale as fast as possible. She was patient and willing to give honest assessments of houses we looked at. 10/10, would work with her again.

Dan and Nicole are amazing! Nicole helped us sell our house quickly and Dan helped us find the perfect home for our growing family. They responded quickly anytime I reached out to them. Dan was great at setting aside as much time as we needed to look at houses. We were looking in a high demand area and we were able to find a home with everything we were looking for. Where do I start…Dan and Nicole were amazing start to finish, and beyond.
We were attempting to sell our home in Iowa and purchase here in the Twin Cities within 3 weeks and they absolutely made it happen. Dan, was our active realtor and hands down the most informative, accommodating, and friendly realtor we’ve worked with throughout our years (side note, he was the first to contact us, so “on the ball” doesn’t even sum it up). We were unable to view any home in person because of our distance in Iowa but Dan always listened to my requests on the recommended site and would tour with me via zoom…super handy because I was still actively working. Answered all questions. Knowledge about neighborhoods, and infrastructure questions were answered with confidence (ask about his history….it’s intensive and so appreciated from a homebuyer from another state).
Dan and Nicole really, really went above and beyond to make our transition here to the TC an experience with MUCH LESS stress and we are eternally grateful.
We absolutely love our new home here in the TC and we have every reason to thank Nicole and Dan.

Nicole was great to work with. She was incredibly personable and professional. We brought our first house with her and she was there for us for every step of the process. She handled some unforeseen issues with grace. She made it clear that she was on our side and had our best interests at heart. We would definitely recommend her to friends.

We loved working with Nicole when we moved from our first house in Ellsworth to our new house in Baldwin in 2019. She made the process so smooth! Our house sold after our first open house weekend (at well above what we paid for it!) and then we were able to get into our new house (which was our first choice of homes in our price range!). Nicole is professional, kind, and she advocates for her clients to get the best for them. If we ever want to move in the future, I will be calling her again.

I was an experienced home buyer who had never tried to buy in a market that was being absolutely being dominated by the sellers of homes. Dan and Nicolle helped me navigate those unfamiliar waters and purchases a home at a price that I really felt was fair considering the housing market at the time.
