Karen Winter - from zillow.com - Nicole was great in getting our house listed and sold in a timely and hassle free experience. She put together a great comparative market analysis so that we could list our property in the most beneficial price range. She was cooperative in helping us with a long distance sale by checking on a few things at the property when we were unable to be there. I would recommend Nicole, she is very knowledgable and has a background in appraisal, which is a bonus when buying or selling a property.
