About Nicole

My Real Estate career started in 2005 working in Property Management. Starting out as a leasing consultant I enjoyed meeting one on one with clients and assisted many in finding rental homes. Educating owners of their possible rights and laws put in place to protect both the tenant and landlord was top priority.
In 2008, I changed focus to residential real estate and was privileged to work with my business partner Kathie Young’s team, TEAMwerk Realty. Our team was able to sell over 285 listings in 2 years. Our top year we moved 176 homes to sold for our clients and were number 2 in San Diego County and 76th in the nation our top year.
From 2010 to present I have held my brokers license. My focus to work diligently on meeting and beating client’s expectations. Every home and client tells a story and that story needs absolute one on one attention and strategizing catered to the clients best outcome. Advising clients when decision making, negotiating, executing and always looking out for the clients best interests.
I am a mom of 2 boys whom I love dearly! I was born and raised in the East County of San Diego and today my family remains. We love San Diego! This is my home and helping others make it their home or sell to move up or down to reach their financial goals my expertise.
