Nicole Hamming is an Associate Broker with HomeSmart. Licensed since 1996, she has been a successful working real estate agent as well as owner/Designated Broker of her own real estate company for over a decade.
Nicole has received numerous leaderships, productivity, achievement, service and cultural awards. She currently sits on a few industry committees; WeServ (West and Southeast realtors of the Valley) Professional Standards Committee as well as a Mediator/Ombudsman; ARMLS Appeal Panel Committee; AAR Professional Standards Committee. She also contributes financially to RAPAC for lobbyists to fight for property homeowner rights. Her past service has been on local, state and national levels; serving in a variety of roles as a Director, Treasurer, and Risk Management member.
Nicole has received several industry designations, including Graduate of the Real Estate Institute “GRI”, Military Relocation Professional “MRP”, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative “ABR.” Continuing education keeps her in the forefront of real estate leaders in the business. She is a graduate from the American Arbitration Association, where she received her Trained Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate.
