Nicolette gets it! My investment property sale to the renters fell through at the final stage of the closing process, so I was in a scramble to figure out how to make the property market ready and get on the market, all before the new property closing date. Additionally, all of this had to be done virtually as we lived in a different state. Nicolette quickly gathered the data showing me the price point and closing timeline, in addition to presenting the market-ready plan.. Everything worked according to plan and I had our closing funds 3 days earlier than planned. Spectacular execution and communication throughout.

When we first met with Peach I was a little embarrassed. We were nowhere near ready to sell or buy, and we didn’t want to waste our time. Instead of dropping us right then and there, as she had every right too, she patiently sat down and laid out a plan of action. She put us in touch with amazing folks who helped get us on more solid financial footing. She routinely checked in to make sure that things were progressing and to answer our questions and calm our doubts. When the time was ready she introduced us to the final piece of the puzzle, and her secret weapon, Nikolette. Nikky was amazing she showed sat down and helped us separate the wants from the needs and every house she showed us was a serious contender. Through it all she made us feel like we were her only customers and the most important conversation was going to have that day. Between the two of them, and all the folks behind the scenes, they got us a better than expected offer on our existing home, and an equally awesome deal on our new home (which happened to be the very first one that Nikky showed us). We cannot say enough good things about Peach and Nikky and the rest of the good people that make up their amazing team. We are lifetime clients but even more importantly, lifelong friends!

Nicolette represented us as a buyer's agent in a real estate transaction. For this transaction, she sold us as the buyers that the seller should sell to in dealing with a multiple offer situation. As we progressed through the negotiations, she fought for us in dealing with objections from the seller's agent and leveraged her relationships with both the lender and title company to work through "bumps in the road". She listened to us and took care of the details. Her knowledge of the market and strategic thinking benefited us in finding and buying a great home. She helped guide us from the moment we contacted her, to getting our home staged for showings and very patiently walk us through every document that needed to be signed at closing. When our first buyer unexpectedly fell through, she had a backup buyer ready with an offer in less than a day and put us back on schedule.
