Nicolette has been very personable and interested in our concerns during the entire buying process from our first enquiry about the land she had listed for sale to the closing day when ownership transferred to us.

Communication was timely with just the right amount of reminders needed to keep us on track.

My wife and I purchased and sold property many times so this isn't the first time we've worked with a Realtor. From our experience, the 5 star reviews she’s been receiving to date appear rightfully earned.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Getting the house we inherited ready to sell was quite a saga and took over a year. Her patience and assistance was invaluable. She knew good contractors who could help with the many repairs and knew high school kids who helped with labor. She even lent us a roof tarp to mitigate a leak until we could get the roof replaced.

Nicolette was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She helped us buy our first home from out of state and coordinated virtually with us as needed, pointed us in the direction of a great lender, and put us in touch with or contacted various businesses and contractors who have assisted us along the way. She was quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. She was well-informed regarding the housing market, houses in general, and even had some great decorating and landscaping tips. When we found Nicolette, we had unfortunately had a couple bad experiences with realtors. We immediately felt comfortable with her. She was great at communicating in a way that made sense for 2 people that work a lot, was patient with our need for thorough house tours, and stood up for us while representing our best interest to other parties. As a first time homeowner, I was a tad nervous about starting the process in general. Buying a house is very stressful!!! Especially, through the unpresidented circumstances of 2020. We were recommended to the company through a coincidence, and were not sure what to expect.
Nicolette committed herself to finding us a home that was just right for our family!!! She helped us to check every box on our dream house to do list :) we looked at some interesting properties together, and Nicolette was always ready and available to suit our needs. The experience was easy and professional. Plus, there was a personal flair!!! My son still talks about her bringing him the best donuts he's ever had!
