Nicolette and Marlene sold our home of 23 years in Los Gatos during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had already moved out of state. Some work was needed on the house prior to putting it on the market, including replacing the driveway. Nicolette handled it all with ease and finesse, taking the burden and worry off our shoulders. Her selling strategy was brilliant, resulting in over 60 showings and 11 offers. We sold the home for $500,000 over asking price. We recommend Nicolette without reservation to anyone selling a home in the South Bay.

Nicolette is calm, grounded and patient person to work with.
It took us about 5 months to find our home, looking at countless houses along the way. Nicolette came with us to see every house amidst pandemic, educating us along the way about the house, neighborhood, schools etc.. She was able to advise us about the market movement and helped us make the offer which got us our first home. We are very happy to have worked with Nicolette and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their house.

They were incredibly responsive, went out if the way to make sure everything went smoothly (which it did) and were extremely creative thinkers in managing the transactions. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job that Nicolette Kelly and Marlene Rodman did in handling the sale of our house in Los Gatos.

From the start, Nicolette had a clear idea and vision of how she wanted to market our house, what it's attributes were, and how we could present it at it's very best.

Nicolette and Marlene were willing to back up their opinions as to what needed to be accomplished by advancing the costs for making some key improvements that really seemed to help the valuation of our house. Painting, staging, getting out 15 years of accumulated "things" were just a few of the items that they handled, and it was seamless. It would have taken me months to accomplish what they did in weeks. They had the personnel, experience and contacts.

Because they both have lived in this community for many years, I was confident that the advice they provided was legit and something that I should pay careful attention to.

That said, the process requires dedication and commitment both from them, and a willingness and belief that they knew their trade (which they do) from the client. They did the right thing every step of the way.

With a team approach I felt confident that there would always be someone there do deal with whatever issues may have come up.

In summary, if you are selling a house in Los Gatos, you would be well served to hire these outstanding realtors.
