Nicolle was the magic link in making the nearly impossible happen. Our requirements included a specific Washoe County neighborhood that was within walking distance of family members and the sale of our existing home in another town.

The challenge: the “specific Washoe County neighborhood” is sold out with very little resale. Plus if something were to become available timing a sale and purchase, to meet all parties requirements, was going to be tough.

Nicolle Gust captured lightning in a bottle for our family. Within about 45 days all specifications were met and soon we were packing! Unbelievable but this is why a professional like Nicolle and her team make the difference.

Niccolle is a gem! She has so much knowledge of the Reno area and is a wealth of information for her clients. She put us at ease from the moment we met her, as we sensed her genuine concern for our best interest. She is engaging and energetic. Throughout our search, she made us feel as though we were her only client and she was there for us at all times. She was quick to respond to texts and worked around our schedules to make the process as easy as possible. We were looking to purchase a second home in Reno during a rapidly moving market. She guided us through making 2 offers amidst 20 plus offers on each home and we ended up in the back up position both times. Nicolle is unbelievable! If I didn't love the home I bought through her SO much, I would put it on the market and sell it right now and go buy another one just to KEEP working with her. She's a killer – she was on our deal every single second of every day – and I LOVE working with people like her.

We decided to make the move to Nevada permanently during COVID, in the middle of California's worst wildfire season ever, having already sold our primary residence, while living in our vacation cabin the mountains. We were extremely stressed, and literally afraid for our lives on a daily basis: living with fire at our backdoor, ready to evacuate at a moment's notice, electricity going on and off... Within the first week of working with Nicolle, we found what we believed was our dream home and 24 hours later (I kid you not), she had us in contract, having negotiated an amazing deal and beating out another buyer.

She handled everything for us from afar via video call and went WAY above and beyond to get us to Reno and safely into the place that will be our forever home. We will always be grateful to her not just for finding us this house, but for getting us through what was one of the most stressful times of our lives, and turning it into one of the best: the beginning of a new phase, in a new place that we love. We had a really positive experience selling out home with Nicole. She has a refreshing, energetic, and always positive attitude. My favorite thing about working with Nicole was how authentic and transparent she was. We were never unsure about what we needed to do or where we were in the process. She was really honest in telling where we did and did not need to spend our money and energy. She makes magic happen. Nicole had answers for everything and even managed having a handyman come to our house to repair a few things. On top of that she made sure we were charged an extremely reasonable rate for the work. We had to do nothing- she did it all! Both my husband and I cannot recommend Nicole enough. My wife and I were on a time crunch to find the right house for our family. We reached out to Nicole on the 4th of Aug. with the details and she was up for the challenge! Nicole was able to show us multiple homes within days of each other. It was challenging dealing with this quick pace market and losing a few offers! Nicole was non stop!!
