It took us awhile to find our first little investment property (given this crazy market) but Nicolle stuck with us!! When something came on the market, she was on it!! Needed a question answered she had it!! She was even able to provide contact info for other professionals such as contractors, inspectors, etc!! Highly recommend her!!

After a few, not so great, experiences selling/buying homes. I was pretty disenchanted with realtors in the Wichita area before I met Nicolle. Nicolle was a new agent but when I interviewed her she showed up on time, prepared and very interested in learning what my needs were. I think naturally, Nicolle is just a caring and warm person. When you couple that with her intelligence and tenacity what you get is a really good realtor who is going to customize the buying and selling experience to fit your specific situation. She is careful, detail oriented and compassionate. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Our first ever home buying experience was absolutely delightful, albeit all the ups and downs associated with house hunting. All credit goes to Nicolle! Not only was she professional in her approach as a real estate agent leading us to conclude she's an expert in the field, she also dealt with a personal touch almost to the point where it felt like we're going to check out our potential home with a friend. She was not only sensitive to our likes, preferences and requirements, but was also adept in answering all our serious questions. She was always proactive in providing us all the information we needed to know and was extremely patient in answering an endless list of questions my husband always managed to come up with after every showing! LOL! Without a second thought, I will recommend you get in touch with Nicolle if you're looking for your dream home, and especially if you're looking to buy your first one!!

I would highly recommend Nicolle Jausel. It was not an easy task finding a house in this crazy market. She was on top of everything and kept us informed every minute along the way. She always had our best interest and made us feel like family and now we have our dream home !
