A longtime resident of Sonoma County born and raised in Marin, Nieves De Martini has an expert understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, schools, recreational activities, and way of life, making her a coveted hyperlocal market expert. A Realtor® since 2004, consistent top producer, and licensed broker, customer care is her highest priority, and she makes sure clients are apprised of every angle.

Nieves grew up in real estate, so she has an almost innate sense of how to support her clients. She advises them on their options with honesty, works with ambition, and makes the process fun. Additionally, Nieves had experience buying, selling, and managing properties before she became a realtor®. Her pre-real estate experience includes being the director of operations for a luxury international travel company, where she managed a sizable team and negotiated contracts with luxury villas and resorts. There, Nieves fostered an atmosphere of inclusion and loyalty, and became fluent in exceeding expectations. She still does that today as the co-founder of LivXplore Real Estate & Lifestyle.
